Any individual may procure a shawl or blanket by going to the office or calling Barbara Sutkowski at 860-747-8427 or email her at bps55@comcast.net GIFT Friday, October 12, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM	13 Monthly Meatloaves Monthly Food Drive 9:00 GIFT 5:00p Mass Month View October 13, 2018 Monthly Meatloaves October 13 - October 14 The Meatloaf Ministry was organized in 1983 with a sole purpose of providing 10 to 15 meatloaves once a month for the House of Bread in Hartford, where the homeless are able to obtain meals. Each volunteer is asked to prepare a 2-pound meatloaf, bake it, then freeze it, and bring it to the church hall and place it in the refrigerator-freezer in the kitchen. Volunteers from St. Patrick serve one breakfast every month on either the 2nd or 3rd Sunday of the month. We prepare and serve food to approximately 175 guests and then clean up. Immaculate Conception Shelter Ministry Sunday, October 14 On the day of the dinner, food is dropped off in the church kitchen between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. by the volunteers and the group serving that evening meet (usually 4 people).
